About Tehya Daye

As an Accounting Consultant for Robert Half, a prominent consulting and staffing organization in Charlotte, North Carolina, I have continued to grow tremendously as a professional. After recently obtaining a Project Management Graduate Certificate from my alma mater, East Carolina University, I am proud to say that I have considerable knowledge in Project Management, and expertise in Accounting, Payroll Processing, Human Resources and Communications. In my current role, I process bi-weekly payroll for four companies across 40 different states, handling various calculations and adjustments for PTO, bonuses, taxes, and other items. I also collaborate with other engagement professionals and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance. In my previous roles, I oversaw accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, creating standard operating procedures, communicating with vendors and customers, and assisting with month-end close. I enjoy working in dynamic and diverse environments, where I can apply my skills and learn new ones. I am passionate about project management and how it can improve efficiency and quality in any industry. I am eager to join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
