About Tehya Santos

With a path in Human Resources, I want to leverage my analysis and interpersonal skills to help others with evidence-based solutions that remain people focused. Bridging the gap between qualitative and quantitative aspects requires someone who is detail oriented, yet able to view situations holistically. I have honed my attention to detail with my role as an Events Administrative Assistant with UBC Sauder, while my judgement to comprehensively assess situations has been augmented through customer service experiences. I am enthusiastic to combine my understanding of people and data, seeking for opportunities that challenge me to innovatively synthesize the two. As someone who strives to understand the rapidly changing world, I stay informed through podcasts about economics, politics, and current events. Some of my favourites include Marketplace and the Economist.
