I love improving business and people! Helping people and business is the most important aspects of my work. Regardless of technical, commercial or organizational aspect there is always room for improvements. For both people and organizations I believe that we should strive to be better today than we were yesterday…and even better tomorrow. I have a technical background within engineering and product development but have during my career added the commercial aspect as I believe that understanding the commercial side of the technical solutions is what makes successful business. This means understanding the value we bring to the customer, because in the end: “A satisfied customer is the best strategy of all!” The way to create improvements and results are always with people. Getting people and organizations to work towards a common goal and create results require both training and patience but with the right mindset and focus on professional and personal development, I believe that anything is possible. Collaboration with people of different cultures, educational backgrounds and personalities is both the most difficult but also most rewarding part of the job.
