I am a Principal / Senior Manager with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex operational, digital and data-driven transformation programmes across global organisations. My experience spans Retail, Life Sciences, Consumer as well as working in the Financial Services and Public sectors where I have led cross-functional teams and built strong relationships with senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed environments. I specialise in defining and implementing enterprise-scale change – from operating model redesign and process optimisation to systems implementation, building data driven products and implementing governance frameworks. I also bring a strong background in managing cross-functional programmes, shaping scope and roadmaps, embedding new workflows and driving adoption. Throughout my career at Gate One and Deloitte, I have led high-impact initiatives across finance, data and digital transformation, combining strategic thinking with practical delivery. Prior to joining Deloitte, I undertook an off-cycle internship in the Debt Capital Markets team at Societe Generale.I am passionate about combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery to enable sustainable transformation and build high-performing teams.
