About Teja Chandra

With over three years of leadership experience as a Product Design Manager and more than 12 years of experience as a Product Designer, I specialise in guiding teams to craft impactful digital experiences. My approach is rooted in strategic thinking, user-centered design while keeping business goals in mind, and a collaborative mindset. I believe in empowering my team to do their best work, focusing on effective guidance rather than hands-on execution. I’ve led design initiatives for complex products, including EdTech applications for primary school teachers and students, enhancing digital learning experiences. I have also led work on products in the Cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. In addition to my core product design expertise, I have supported other design departments in print and branding during the initial phases until the teams were set up, supporting the company’s efforts to establish effective design functions. I am passionate about building scalable, user-centric solutions that bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives.
