About Teja Sai Krishna

With a strong foundation as a Planning & Contracts Engineer, particularly in tunnel projects, I have consistently delivered outstanding performance in site management, contract negotiation, and project coordination. Currently, as a Technical Assistant to the President at Dineshchandra R. Agrawal Infracon Pvt. Ltd, I bridge the gap between the President’s office and internal/external clients, handling confidential documents with the utmost discretion. I prepare and edit executive materials, oversee budgets and expenditures, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. I manage the day-to-day operations of five key projects, coordinating site teams and conducting site visits to guarantee timely completion. My role also involves addressing major contractual challenges, finalizing agreements, and leading negotiations to ensure project success. Driven by a passion for legal and business matters, I pursued a diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution. Further, i was actively involved arbitration and conciliation proceedings. I am dedicated to leveraging my expertise to drive organizational success and achieve exceptional outcomes.
