About Tejada Jaime

A dedicated servant leader with 26 years of educational leadership and teaching experience who has provided focused systematic professional development, mentoring and coaching within an aligned strategic plan for instructional effectiveness across a variety of grade levels and content areas. It is my uncompromising belief that every child can achieve given a supportive and enriching environment that does not provide excuses but provides opportunities for growth. I have served in Title I schools my entire career and have been at the forefront of bridging academic gaps by the implementation of intervention plans that utilize effective curricular materials and excellent teacher training. I have also advocated and created successful school-community partnerships with the belief that community investment in education produces positives results and benefits for everyone. As a trained and experienced administrator turning schools around successfully, I have acquired the skills and experience to understand that schools are not transformed overnight by the use of a program but through intentional organizational planning focused on how it delivers the vital instruction that meets the needs of its learners. Schools can become the lighthouses of hope and success. Demographics does not determine the destiny and success of any student.
