As a finalist in the ServiceNowAsia HackNow 2024 competition at ServiceNow's Singapore office, I had the exciting opportunity to collaborate with my team on developing a custom application and portal. This experience showcased our ability to design innovative solutions and solve complex challenges within the ServiceNow. With a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Portal Development, I bring hands-on expertise in configuring key ServiceNow components like Access Control Lists (ACLs), UI Policies, Service Catalog items, Update Sets, SLAs, and Notifications, all aimed at creating secure, efficient IT workflows.Throughout my projects, I’ve developed custom applications and portals, implementing everything from Business Rules and Client Scripts to Script Includes and Scheduled Jobs. My approach is centered around building user-friendly, high-performance solutions that align with business goals and enhance the user experience.With a foundation in Computer Engineering and prior experience as a Java Developer, I’m skilled in coding and love solving problems through scripting and automation. I’m always driven to expand my knowledge and deliver impactful solutions that make a difference in the ServiceNow environment.
