About Tejas Dambhare

I am a Senior Design Engineer at AKSH Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd, specializing in the design and modification of slew ring bearings, wheel assemblies, and slew ring drives using PTC Creo. I handle the complete design workflow—from evaluating inquiries and matching applications with standard products, to creating General Arrangement drawings, customizing designs, and delivering final manufacturing-ready models for production. Alongside my current role, I also contribute as a Design Engineer at ARDE – DRDO, using UGNX 12.0 where I work on defense-related mechanical design projects. My work involves creating detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical documentation, ensuring precision, performance, and adherence to stringent defense manufacturing standards. With a background in mechanical engineering and project management, I bring a solution-focused approach to engineering challenges, ensuring each design meets performance, quality, and application-specific requirements. My experience spans both industrial manufacturing and defense systems, giving me a unique perspective on designing for high precision, reliability, and innovation.
