About Tejas Gilder

I am a dedicated and experienced Driver Trainer with NRMA, committed to fostering safe, responsible driving behaviors across all stages of life. My role includes delivering structured training programs, conducting senior driver assessments, and tailoring instruction to suit the unique needs of each learner. As part of my role with NRMA, I also deliver the Transport for NSW Safer Drivers Course as a qualified course coach. Through this initiative, I help young drivers build essential low-risk driving strategies, improve hazard perception, and develop lifelong safe driving habits. With a calm, professional, and learner-focused approach, I take pride in supporting drivers in becoming confident, capable, and safety-conscious. I am passionate about road safety and continuously strive to uphold the highest standards in driver education and assessment.
