About Tejas Gupta

I am a Computer Engineering graduate and sports management professional with a strong passion for basketball and youth development. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Hi5 Youth Foundation, I oversee basketball programs, coordinate with schools, and support coaches and students to ensure smooth operations and impactful outcomes. My journey in basketball started as a player, which gave me first-hand experience of the game’s discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit. Over time, I expanded my role as a grassroots-level referee and coach, and also took initiative in organizing tournaments, including a large-scale 5x5 event with 13 teams. These experiences have equipped me with strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage people and events effectively. I aspire to grow as a professional who bridges technology, data analysis, and sports management to create meaningful impact. Key Skills: Basketball Player | Referee | Coaching | Youth Development | Team Leadership | Event Organization | MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint 🤝 Always open to connect, collaborate, and explore opportunities where sports and technology can come together to make a difference.
