Accomplished MMS in (Operation) having overall 7 year experience in Real estate Facility Management-Purchase Department. • Having good Negotiations skill,team player,quick learner, more emphasis on cost saving. • Procurement of MEP material, soft service,fire safety,security, IT, Horticulture related material also procured Civil material i.e Cement,steel,ms,tiles etc. • Making ARC for monthly consumables for electrical,plumbing,Hk material also maintained AMC for Electrical equipment. • Dealing with manpower agency who can provide Technical, Housekeeping,firefighting,horticulture manpower at site. • looking for soft service at site like pest control,façade cleaning,deep cleaning,STP cleaning, valet parking,marble polishing, laundry service etc. • Having good knowledge in SAP, MS office, very hardworking, and able to adapt changes. • with this experience i can easily relate with people and make them feel comfortable with the work i do as my goal is to give an opportunity for the company.
