These are some of my core competencies: Do what it needs to get the work done: Hard work is a key to success and most importantly that is the way to lead as an example to motivate your team. Work with people better than you to accomplish the goal, This has been my way of working. People Management: I believe that people are most important for the success of any organization. No matter how good the product or idea may be, it cannot be implemented without the right people in the right place at the right time. Innovation: This may be the latest buzzword in the industry, but a very key ingredient of my soup. I believe is doing more with less and using automation and innovation where ever possible to be more efficient, productive and profitable. Talent Development: Something very close to my heart. I like incubating new talent and nurturing them to be successful in carer and also be able to showcase the organisational culture within and outside. Data Crunching: Deciphering and analysing data has been a passion since quite some time. I like to see the trends, make calculated assumptions and suggest a remedial action plan. However, this has only worked on operational data and never in stock market :) Strategic Planning: The next generational leaders don't only have to be inspirational but also have to have the insight to be able to fix huge jigsaw puzzles as soon as possible. This is where strategic planning comes into picture and I am learning this skill every day as a manager.
