As a recent graduate with a master's degree in business administration and management from N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, I have a strong interest and passion for business analytics and data-driven decision making. I have developed skills in business analytics, predictive analytics, and natural language processing (NLP) through my coursework, projects, and internships. In my last internship at ION, a leading provider of technology solutions for the energy industry, I worked with a team of data scientists and engineers to analyze customer feedback and sentiment, using NLP techniques to extract insights and recommendations for product improvement and customer satisfaction. I also contributed to the development and testing of predictive models for revenue forecasting and customer retention, using various statistical and machine learning methods. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to solve real-world business problems and create value for organizations and customers.
