About Tejas Ramakrishna

I’m a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) specialist, behavioral interventionist, and freestyle football artist who uses sport, play, and movement to unlock the full potential of children and youth. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across 15+ countries, designing and facilitating programs that combine life skills education, trauma-informed practice, and youth leadership. From slums and refugee camps to international stages, I’ve helped build inclusive spaces where young people feel seen, safe, and inspired to grow. As the founder of Sparky Football, and a lead facilitator with organizations like UNHCR, Coaches Across Continents, and Sport dans la Ville, I’ve developed interventions rooted in psychology, SEL, and experiential learning. My work often blends clowning, theatre, football, and self-expression to support emotional regulation, agency, and healing—especially among children from vulnerable communities. Recognized as a “Hero of Bangalore”, I also represent Western Union as a brand ambassador for their support of refugee programs. I’m certified in child safeguarding, gender inclusion, and sport for development, and bring a strong trauma-informed lens to everything I do. A lifelong trekker, movement enthusiast, and storyteller, I also speak French (B2) and have built strong relationships across cultural contexts. I thrive in roles that require empathy, adaptability, and deep human connection—whether designing curriculum, leading immersive workshops, or mentoring youth one-on-one. Currently exploring projects and partnerships where education, sport, healing, and social impact intersect.
