With over 7.5 years of experience, Tejas has been at the crossroads of business needs and digital innovation. From streamlining processes to building cloud-based platforms, he’s helped industries like manufacturing, food & beverage, and resources drive meaningful change. Currently working as a Techno-Functional Business Consultant, Tejas has been instrumental in shaping a Cloud Digital Platform for enterprise-wide Industrial Water Management. He maps the messy “as-is” workflows, turns raw data into actionable insights, and brings clarity to complexity - all while keeping the user at the center. Wearing many hats comes naturally to him. As a SAFe® certified Product Owner, he’s led product roadmaps, translated business needs into backlogs, and delivered features that matter. At the same time, he’s guided Scrum teams, mentored over 50 aspiring BAs on their IIBA journey, and onboarded 100+ new joiners with business overview sessions. His roots go back to engineering and project execution. He has led spare parts and service projects in the EPC space for Material Handling and Sugar industries. That hands-on exposure still fuels his grounded, outcome-focused approach today.
