Passionate dental surgeon and Public Health professional with 4 years of experience in the clinical sector and has been working in the developmental sector since the last 2.5 years. Skilled in Data Analysis, Program Management, Microsoft Office, nutrition counselling and oral screening. She has previously worked with TATA Steel Foundation to offer her skills at serving the marginalized communities at the proximate areas of TATA Steel Operations at Jharkhand and Odisha catering to a population of 3.7+ lakh people. She has provided programmatic oversight to multiple portfolios that included Non-Communicable diseases, Communicable diseases, Health System Strengthening and Nutrition. She also worked with the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, Pune as a Public Health and Nutrition Counsellor. She has worked with NHM Maharashtra where her job responsibilities included quality assessment of H & WCs and UPHCs, gap analysis, KAP study on NCD and program implementation. Her strength areas are Program designing and implementation, Stakeholder engagement and Quantitative Research. She is currently working with Sir H. N Reliance Foundation, Health Outreach team as an Assistant Program Manager where she has wide range of responsibilities. Tejaswini received her dental surgeon degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College and Hospital, Sangli and her clinical trainings from M.A Rangoonwala College of Dental Science & Research Centre and BGH, Jharkhand. She has obtained a Masters in Public health degree from IIPH, Gandhinagar.
