About Tejeesha Raut

I am Ahpra Physiotherapist with over 8 years of experience. I completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India in 2016. After graduation, I worked at a hospital both in & outpatient settings. I pursued a degree in Master of Health Promotion at Deakin University. I started working at private practice where I focused on assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries. My treatment is focused on evidence based hands-on manual techniques with a combination of exercise programs, dry needling and hydrotherapy. I also have over 6 years experience in aged care and community settings where I developed my interest in neurological rehabilitation. Throughout my career, I developed strong communication skills and worked in leadership roles. I love to collaborate with other multidisciplinary teams, learn new skills/techniques and empower clients to achieve their optimal health outcomes and improve their quality of life.
