Key Projects & Contributions 60kW 400V Traction Inverter – Designed mechanical integration for power modules, capacitors, and sensors, developed an IP67 plastic enclosure, and performed thermal simulations for liquid cooling. 48V 17kW IVCU (VCU + MCU for IPMSM) – Led thermal & structural packaging, designed busbars & connectors, and conducted vibration & compliance testing. 48V 8kW Integrated Motor Controller – Developed compact single-board integration, optimized thermal dissipation, and conducted DCIR & PCB performance analysis. 3.3kW 400V EV Battery Charger – Designed modular packaging for Totem-Pole PFC + PSFB DC-DC, optimized packaging and validated heatsinks via Ansys Icepak. Project Leadership – Managed mechanical design, supplier coordination, compliance testing, and DFM/DFA optimization for mass production.
