I am a results-oriented Finance Business Partner and Strategy Consultant with 15 years of experience in financial controlling, performance management, strategy, and business transformation. As a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, I excel at driving strategic planning, analyzing key business drivers, and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to elevate business performance through insightful financial analysis, risk management, and continuous improvement. My career includes meaningful, impactful roles such as at Rio Tinto where I led a signification digital transformation program, and was the Finance Business Partner of Global Procurement supporting the business to exceed targets and deliver value to the business in a dynamic global environment. Prior to that, I worked at L.E.K. Consulting, where I led strategy projects and commercial due diligences for sovereign wealth funds, startups, and multinational corporations. I am also proud to be the first employee of Decathlon Singapore, where I was Financial Controller (amongst many other roles) and helped expand the omnichannel retailer's footprint in 5 markets in Asia. With an MBA from INSEAD and certifications in Scrum and CA (Singapore), I bring a unique blend of drive alongside financial acumen, strategic thinking, and operational execution to lead finance teams and transformation initiatives that drive sustainable growth. Outside the office, my passion for Crossfit, Yoga, and Improv Theatre enhances my ability to think on my feet, collaborate effectively, and approach challenges with creativity.
