Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at ThoughtsWin Systems, I lead our most complex product and platform initiatives across healthcare, identity, enterprise content, and financial domains. Having progressed through roles as Practice Lead and Enterprise Engineering Manager, I now oversee the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile applications—anchored in scalable architecture, AI-powered workflows, and cloud-native strategies. At ThoughtsWin, I direct full-stack engineering across: MLHealth360: a radiology-integrated digital health platform with HIS/RIS/PACS/HL7/FHIR interoperability, edge computing, and AI-enhanced diagnostics workflows. DREX: an engineering drawing extraction and classification solution leveraging microservices, OCR, and document intelligence. Amplifi: a RAG/LLM-powered enterprise platform that transforms unstructured data into actionable insights. My work spans application architecture, CI/CD automation, ML deployment enablement (via Databricks/MLFlow), SOC 2–aligned governance, and platform modernization using Azure (App Services, Event Grid, Key Vaults, IaaS/PaaS). Every phase of development—from UX planning to cloud deployment—is built with embedded AI logic, enhancing both engineering velocity and platform intelligence. While our advanced analytics team builds the models, I lead the secure deployment, integration, and operation of ML workflows in real-world environments. I also direct content engineering programs in the oil & gas sector—delivering large-scale content migration, asset registry creation, metadata pipelines, and SharePoint/Bentley integrations. Before ThoughtsWin, I was a key driver of digital identity modernization at ICBC, delivering online driver licensing workflows, citizen APIs, facial recognition, and secure service issuance across platforms. At HSBC, I led engineering efforts for corporate payment systems, including ACH, SWIFT, cross-border flows, and PIB (Personal Internet Banking) transformation. As a cross-functional technology leader, I combine enterprise architecture, software engineering, and delivery execution to build future-ready digital systems at scale.
