I have over 10 years of experience working in Performance and Reporting Analysis Analyst,customer contact advisor and IT supporter. Currently, I work as Performance and Reporting Analysis Analyst at ethio telecom to help clients make better business decisions. I enable them to perform to higher standards by analyzing complex data and identifying problem areas in telecom industry. In my current role, I collect and analyze data on sales, marketing and networking infrastructure, before processing the data and presenting it an easy-to-follow manner to higher management level. I also experience in IT support for troubleshooting of computer hardware and software and in addition to this I have also deep knowledge on customers management service.
