Dedicated, Compassionate, Detail-Oriented, Workaholic. I'm a Commercial Underwriting Assistant who enjoys helping people and goes out of her way to solve problems for internal and external customers. I am dedicated to making sure our agents/customers are completely satisfied with their insurance product and our service. I'm very knowledgeable and hard-working. I believe in the "Get it done"mantra, in lieu of "That's not my job"​. It's my duty to keep our customers informed and satisfied; and I go out my way to accomplish this. I am very detail-oriented and make every effort to get things done right the first time around, when at all possible. Whether issuing a policy, billing, explaining coverages, I try to be as accurate as possible the 1st time to avoid our customers having to come back disappointed and/or confused. If I don't know something, I say I don't know and make every effort to find the answer. It's important to me that people see that I'm really trying to help them and have their best interest in mind.
