I’m a person focused on the business dynamics and the thorough control of its variables, making the connection between operational and financial information. Added to my interest in numbers, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills, I’m passionate about seeing ideas happen, from the idealization to the product delivery to the customer. I started my career as a financial auditor in a BIG4 company. My ambition and desire to be closer to the business led me to continue my career in the textile and agro-industrial sectors. These experiences in highly demanding, competitive and global contexts, allowed me to consolidate skills in supporting management decision-making, cost controlling by business unit/product and monitoring of KPI's against targets. I also have experience in optimizing internal accounting and financial procedures through standardization and automation, in cross-functional task forces with other departments. My experiences so far have allowed me to work with people from several countries from different time zones, contributing for environments of sharing knowledge, focusing on quality and meeting deadlines, and communicating with different stakeholders to present conclusions about the work carried out.
