CMCA certified Community Management and Media Communications professional with over 7 years’ experience in Client interactions, Complaint resolution, Community management, Customer relations, Project management, Media production, Content creation, Copyrighting, Data entry and Scripting. I currently provide the communities with high-level customer service, client interactions, and communications relating to owners, building occupants, service providers for all web-based, verbal, and written communications for the site and off-site community management services; financial administration, reporting, and asset management services representing my organization in a professional and knowledgeable, customer-focused and service-oriented way. I have worked with local and international organizations on nationwide projects including projects for UNICEF, GIZ and Medicaid Cancer Foundation. I have coordinated successful projects both in the UAE and her country Nigeria, in the OA sphere, Community management at large, Business, Media and Healthcare domain. I have in-depth experience in stakeholder management and project communication and is adept at managing diverse people and teams. I have managed key aspects of projects including coordinating teams across various states, interfacing between funding and implementing partners and project planning. I am passionate about youth empowerment, development and capacity building and I am affiliated with various youth empowerment and development initiatives.
