As a highly respected leader in communication, process improvements, and higher education with a Ph.D. in Rhetoric, Writing, and Professional Communication, I offer expertise in overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from budgeting and resource allocation to ensure quality deliverables are produced that provide high business value and increases organizational efficiency and bottom-line profits. As a result of my experience as a Technical Writer and educator, I can effectively capture high levels of customer satisfaction and the respect of the teams I work with, peers, and all levels of leadership. I have created training for groups of up to 20 employees - and ended each course with above-average ratings. As coordinator, I am responsible for the initiation of recruitment initiatives, the development of proven retention models, and implementation and revision of program curriculum. I provide expert guidance and facilitation to lead teams to overcome obstacles and achieve business goals. As a professor, the students I have taught are highly motivated, achieve peak performance, and deliver creative and innovative solutions.
