I like to think of myself as a highly enthusiastic customer service professional, with about 4 years of experience in serving customers. My mission is to go above and beyond to be a dedicated customer service representative, motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success. I am very capable to not only follow, but also lead my customers, co-workers, and company to success. I am currently in school training for office related positions. Also, I have been president, captain, and leader of various programs and organizations. I feel that I have many wonderful characteristics and proficient training and experience. I am an ambitious young lady, who sets goals and sets out to accomplish them no matter the obstacle. I am very experienced and highly skilled with technology such as computers, programming, fax and copy machines, phones, etc, as well as very organized, and business-savvy. I am very knowledgeable with office assistants and very familiar with Microsoft products. All in all I feel that I can learn a lot from your company, as well as add a lot of personality, friendliness, and ideas.
