I’m the Administrative Pastor of Divine Restoration Ministries where I serve as the Business Administrator. I’m inspired by Proverbs 31 & committed to service in the Spirit of Excellence. I’m the wife of Senior Pastor, Bishop J. Richard Evans, Sr, the mother of five children, & the fabulous Gigi to eight beautiful grandchildren! I joined my husband in ministry in 1998 when Divine Restoration Ministries was birthed. I’ve been ordained as a Pastor & a Daughter in both the Rhema Fellowship of Churches out of Dallas, TX, under Bishop David E. Martin, & the Greater Works of Christ Fellowship of Detroit, MI under Apostle Wayne T. Jackson. My commitment to assist in the restoration of broken lives has yielded much fruit. I’ve taken on the Women’s Ministry, mentoring young, single, mature, & married women giving the Body of Christ the example of what a godly woman should be. The Women’s Ministry evolved into Beauty For Ashes after the Lord brought me through a period of prolonged sickness, baffling doctors & defying every diagnosis, when He literally brought me back to life! In February 2019, My husband & I, launched Heart to Heart Global Ministries, an expansion of the vision for Restoration Today Radio & Television programs in the form of face to face meetings – Conversations with James & Tenisia. The unique format took on relationships, not just singles & married couples but familial relationships, workplace relationships, & relationships within the Body of Christ. In March of 2020, Bishop and I, responded to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic by instituting a daily Facebook Live program, Daily Inspirations, 12 at 12. Our desire is to be beacon in the midst of the storm of uncertainty, giving hope & direction. Bishop & I have in recent years launched several businesses; Girl Boss Fashions Beauty Bar & Boutique in Detroit, MI,The Look Clothing Company, Girl Boss Fashions Lakeside were launched in the spring & the summer of 2018 successively at Lakeside Mall, followed by Girl Boss Partridge Creek in the summer of 2019. Girl Boss Fashions Macomb Mall joined the Girl Boss Brand in the Fall of 2020. Beyond a business opportunity, the businesses are used as a way to minister to men & women from all walks of life, regardless of their size or race. In the midst of the pandemic, I launched a business mentor-ship program called Girl Go Get It, aimed at assisting women with starting their own businesses. Utilizing the power of social media, I’m building a network of women who are confident & well equipped to run thriving businesses.
