About Tennile Rubin

Ms. Rubin has more than two decades of experience in project and program management of infrastructure projects in the Mid-Atlantic. She has expertise in policy, planning, permitting and licensing of projects in constrained environments. Her experience includes interpreting and implementing state and federal environmental regulations throughout the planning, design, and construction phases for infrastructure projects from New Jersey to Virginia. Ms. Rubin has managed successful project outcomes through her collaboration with internal and external team members and agency representatives. Ms. Rubin is an experienced an experienced project manager supporting energy, municipal, and state infrastructure clients in New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia. She’s managed multi-million-dollar contracts supporting environmental services and civil site design. She is experienced working with a variety State agencies and historic preservation offices, US Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Federal Highway Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, and National Park Service. Ms. Rubin’s experience includes natural resource field studies, environmental permitting, development of alternatives analysis, routing studies, NEPA, FERC Third Party, and CPCN licensing projects.
