About Teo Baldi

Since I was a child, whether in my daily life or on the football pitch, I have always sought to understand what motivates people's decisions. That's why I have decided to study Business Engineering at Louvain School of Management. My Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, that I completed with high distinction, allowed me to develop problem-solving skills and gain a strong foundation in business concepts. In my pursuit of knowledge, a specialisation in Business and Data Analytics for my Master's degree, completed with high distinction, was an obvious choice, as it would allow me to immerse myself in the world of data-driven decision-making. By the way, at this time my Master's Thesis investigated the fascinating field of online recommendation systems and how diversity influences user consumption. Moreover, my studies have helped me to develop strong skills in programming, in database management, and in data analysis (using different tools). By speaking three languages - French, English, and Dutch, and a touch of Italian – I am also equipped to collaborate, to adapt and to communicate effectively in diverse contexts. Getting back to the football pitch, my passion for football goes beyond the field. I have been leading and coordinating teams of young players for 5 years and I hold internationally recognized coaching qualifications. This passion promotes collaboration, decision-making, management and the sharing of expertise. In brief, I can bring a diverse skill set, a drive for excellence, and a passion for what I do.
