Current role: Agile APO - Architect and Product owner for in-house software tools- Technical lead of the software tools team. Current activities- Products definition, architecture, work packages definition, roadmap creation, set priorities and track deliveries - Set-up and implement an agile framework taking care of release planning, sprint definition, sprint demo and retrospectives - Taking care of hiring and ramp-up of new colleagues - Define and facilitate the adoption of best practices for software development with an agile mindset - Migration from monoliths to microservices- Process automation: from user story to release and deployment- Define and implement high quality software architectures with focus on main "ilities": reliability, maintainability, scalability, usability, security, extensibility.
