About Teodora Lungu

My professional experience is mostly in leadership roles in IT and Cyber security. At 26 I’ve had my first leadership role and that is when I discovered that creating and facilitating a space where professionals and teams can thrive and perform is what really drives me forward, what motivates me to keep going and was missing from all my previous roles. I wasn’t always passionate about self-development and personal growth. I actually started my own journey by “accident”, by going to a free workshop with an old friend at their insistence. This was more than 5 years ago. That unplanned evening was my first step towards discovering who I really am. Who I’ve always been. Since then, I keep discovering and re-discovering new parts of myself and I will continue to do it for the rest of my life. I believe that life is a decision. We have the freedoom to decide when, what and how we live our lifes. We have the power to decide how we act when we feel an emotion, how we react to exterior factors. I believe coaching is a safe space for gaining clarity of our inner power and taking ownership of our decisions. I believe in the importance of having someone to support you, to be there with you on this journey, with kindness, compassion and a mirror for when you need. I believe that being a coach, being part of someone’s else journey towards discovering their values, their mission and their unique way of doing things it is a true privilege. A privilege which I embrace by bringing patience and curiosity to know and understand the people around me, creativity to look at things from a new perspective and a result-oriented mindset.
