About Teofil Popescu

Since 2003 I've been translating for 12 years, until 2015, english to romanian. That was an interesting, long term experience. In May 2019 I've got involved with Accenture on a customer service position. On that role I provided technical support (product installation and maintenance) via telephone, chat, email and social media. Among the responsabilities on that project I performed the following: – Booking the installation appointments- Creating and managing customers' accounts- Promoting the products and performing sales- Managing the payment details and processing the outstanding balance payments. Since May 2020 I accepted a different role in the company, as an Order Manager. This role is much more complex than the previous one. In the process I work with several applications and mediate the communication between Sales Department, Project Manager, Global Engineering Solutions Team, Network Operations Center, Field Engineers and Billing Department. I take part in the activation and implemention of services and subsequently monitor their evolution. It is a complex and exciting job that requires a lot of patience, distributive ability, solid Excel knowledge, and communication skills. The experience gained in this project, to which I would add the previous experience in customer support and sales, improved my communication skills, my attention to details and my ability to deliver a better performance for client's satisfaction. As I gained more experience on the project I acted as an SME, leading the process flow and providing assistance to the team. Since November 2023 I started a new role with ADP as a Senior Payroll Specialist. This is a new, exciting experience that enlarged my understanding of business processes.
