Some Accomplishments Designated Project Task Lead over three contracts for the Department of Defense (DoD), Navy; Successfully bid multiple Requests for Proposal in obtaining new contracts for GDIT, staying competitive but within strategic risk management; Supported in the management and execution of a $15M budget; Managed over 150 projects simultaneously in regards to planning, scope, schedule and cost; Provided strategic planning and business management for multiple DoD programs at NPS; Designed, implemented, and managed an IT portal for collaboration between dozens of DoD organizations with over 600 projects identified and over users. Timeline between inception to launch was less than 90 days; Refined business processes to increase programmatic efficiencies, provided accurate documentation, and alleviated administrative burden, to include the development of a workflow system for student and faculty support services.
