About Tera Kringle

I am an educator at my core. I am passionate about creating mutually beneficial partnerships that help all of us develop and grow to our best version of ourselves. All of us are at different points in this path and I love the challenge of actively listening, learning, and then supporting individuals on this journey. As a Strategic Improvement Coach I foster supportive learning environments were clinical staff hone their human-centered care by practicing compassionate communication. I celebrate individual and team successes, and guide towards opportunities, by utilizing appreciative coaching. Leaning into my experience and education I create dynamic human-centered trainings and facilitate interactive that reinforces the importance of patient-centered care.
