About Tera Lowe

Tera is a dynamic leader and passionate individual who possesses genuine compassion, a positive outlook, and the drive to succeed! She remains proactive and strategic in all of her roles, always striving to collaborate with other team members and departments to result in innovative solutions which return maximum value to the business. Throughout her short career at Verizon, Tera has been accepted into the Future Leader program, where she learned valuable project management skills, and how to analyze data to understand team and center trends. She was then accepted into the 2019 Women of the World program, where she learned valuable critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, and how to lead with her executing and leveraging strategic strengths to yield maximum return of investment. She has taken P.O.C assignments for multiple teams, including PRO retention teams, Transfer Your Service teams, and Customer Care teams, before taking an acting Supervisor role in January of 2020. This allowed her to develop front line representatives to be digital first and create value generation while delivering customer obsession. Tera has held multiple supervisor and management roles with various companies which has resulted in her managing projects that lead to breakthrough results. She most recently opened her own LLC business as a Public Notary and National Notary Association as a Certified Loan Signing Agent She has created and facilitated trainings and workshops, and is very excited to apply those skill sets to her Verizon career. She moved to Arizona from Illinois and in her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, shopping, and attending sports venues, and concerts with friends.
