With a little over fourteen years of experience, Terasa has the qualifications and background of an architect in technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design principles, ASP MVC 4, the 5.0 & Core frameworks, MS SQL Server 2019, EntityFramework, nHibernate, MS WebApi, MS WCF Services, AWS SQS, MS Azure Queues, SignalR, Knockoutjs, BackBone, Angular, AnuglarJS, NServiceBus, Quartz, and TopShelf. Her talents in Mid-tier development are unmatched as she is an expert in developing WCF RESTful, MS WebApi and SOAP services in client consumption, server side integration, JSON and XML data serialization, configuration, message inspectors, and custom behaviors and bindings. As well as providing support for distributed systems created on technologies such as NServiceBus. In her most recent position, she has become largely involved in troubleshooting large data loads using an ETL process. Terasa moved from a senior developer to a more tech lead role by mentoring young developers. She also gained experience in designing, developing, and testing newly built software systems. She has designed and architected web solutions end to end with the proper ORM technologies, patterning and data modeling. Her main strengths are considering the scalability, performance, and maintainability of the entire system. In a team structured environment, she respects the ideology of the inner workings in team development. She understands what it takes to build a team with goals and aspirations gained while working together. Guiding team members by inspiration and example to achieve success. Recently, she received recognition for her part in a large data migration in the form of a bonus. This was given to the team member who displayed the largest effort throughout the course of the project. As a tech lead, she is well-educated using TeamCity to implement build templates that work with technologies such as GIT. This is done in order to set up Continuous Integration (CI) builds that deploy to set (staging, integration, beta, etc.) environments. Along with this, she has used TeamCity scripts to deploy production released software. In the leadership role, she has set up technologies such as nuget to customize code across large companies. Along with this, she has found that tutelage and mentoring is an easy way to teach proper coding standards.
