Background
About Terence Kruger
I'm almost done with my Bachelor in Business Administration from the school of Minnesota School of Business (June 2014). I would like to start a business in the fast food industry, based on my business plan that I created for Entrepreneurship Class. I currently am a Manager in Training (MIT) at McDonald's. I help create an environment for both the crew and the customers in a fast and friendly way.(August 2012 to Current). I manage between 5 to 15 people depending on the shift that I'm running. In edition to managing the employees, I train them in particular positions that they need to be trained in. I also enforce and encourage employees to follow the polices that are in place, so that the shareholders of the company can increase the value of their investment. I also ran my own business, Kruger Lawn Company, from 2010 to 2012 as a Lawn Care Professional for various clients in Plymouth, MN.
