About Terence Lee

On my first triathlon – I thought about quitting over a dozen times. A few times during the swim, once or twice during the run, the majority during the bike portion. For background, I thought that my dad’s 20-year-old hand me down mountain bike would serve me fine. Going uphill, for 3 kilometres straight, then go back up and down that hill for 23 kilometres more. In those lucid moments I learned three things: 1. Get a new bike. I was going to push through something I had never known I was capable of. I would do it all over again. Hi, I'm a DMIT System-Administration student with the goal to enter the field of Cyber-Security. During this pandemic, I've strengthen my foundation by achieving Security+ and Network+ certifications. With these pair of certifications, I can confidently apply my skills towards securing & troubleshooting networks and computer systems. I’m open to learning anything. However, my current plan is to be knee-deep in furthering my expertise in administrating operating systems like Windows and Linux, programming languages like Powershell and Python, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. When I set my mind to something, I don’t come up with excuses - I come up with solutions. The chaotic nature of a constantly changing tech world is something I embrace everyday.
