Background

About Terence Oneill

I am about to graduate with my second bachelors degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. My first bachelors was in Experimental Psychology (read Biopsychology) from Western State Colorado University, which was received in 2010. Usually, the next question is "Why did you change the field of study so drastically?" to which my answer is "If I am going to pursue a second bachelors, I need to make sure I am studying something that I am interested in, believe in on a personal level, and can use to make a measurable difference in promoting renewable and sustainable energy." The drastic switch from psychology to engineering was initiated by questioning if my energy would be best used in neuroscience research or something else, and renewable energies, chemicals and a sustainable life was that something else.
