A Georgia native, Terence grew up in Decatur and attended college at the University of Georgia. After college, he started working in the real estate industry as a Senior Loan Officer for American Home Mortgage. He has a passion for serving the community and assisting clients through the challenging process of purchasing and selling real estate. Terence has also had the pleasure of working with the largest brokerage in Georgia as the Director of Client Services and assisting other realtors in becoming extremely successful with closing real estate transactions. After years in the industry, he made his way to Dwelli Realty because of the company's core values, family environment, and dedication to excellence. He is extremely excited to assist clients in achieving their dream of homeownership, investing, and creating generational wealth for themselves and their families. His primary areas of service throughout the metro-Atlanta area include downtown, midtown, Buckhead, Inman Park, Candler Park, Brookhaven, inside the perimeter and all the way north as far as Roswell, GA; however, he can assist clients in other locations as desired as well.
