I am a goal-oriented Regional Operations Manager with sixteen years’ broad senior management experience in assisting my company to maximise efficiency and achieve sustainable growth. I have demonstrated an ability to deliver on productivity goals, increase efficiencies and maintained delivery standards. In my current role as Regional Operations Manager to over 89 branches, 10 Regions, 2 large service centres and 6 regional warehouses with an annual budget of R616 Million, I oversee budgetary, OH & S, Best Practises, Sales, Credit granting, manage debtors book and bad debit collections and write offs, do credit granting audits, check quality of follow up, Check Fias Compliance, Marketing and Industrial relations issues. I have a professional reputation for meeting and exceeding KPIs and have developed and delivered successful strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability. My qualifications in management have enhanced my ability to carry out these functions, but I believe it is my interpersonal skills that have driven my success in fostering strong workplace processes and supplier relationships. My leadership experience has allowed me to develop sound strategies to meet differing requirements.
