Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (lit. Back in the days it was called LM Ericsson but now everyone just says Ericsson. We all have a relationship to this Swedish multinational networking and telecommunications company. My first own experience was that my boyfriend ( later husband) worked at Telefonplan ( cool that a subway station is named after the company) and sooner I held a snappy 788e in the glorious forest green color. Today I can enjoy this company feom the inside and all wonderful innovation, technology and culture. I am so proud of working for a company that for real, think of diversity in exactly the right way. If we are from different countries, if we are different gender, if we are disabled or something entirely other - that is our USP ( unique selling point) and should always be appreciated and respected. I love Technology and will always se it as a way of enabling our life to be better, kinder and a more loving place. 2day IT and Telco joins together more and more every day, and that will enable the both industries to learn from each other. This is were I can use my experience in the best way. Even though 5G is here and will make a hudge difference in many industries and both B2B and B2C, 3G and 4G will stay in parallell. This family at Ericsson is quite big and people work from around the. Still the innovation and patents made by the company is something we all should be proud of. It's a team effort on every level. Team Spirit & Effort will always win!
