I just started my 8th year as a Senior Headhunter and my third year leading a group of seven professional headhunters specializing in the wholesale, retail, FMCG and food industries at InHunt Group. This role is a pleasure for me, as I am a 4th-generation retailer myself. My extensive professional background includes experience in retail, fashion, shopping centers, and the service sector (hospitality, food and beverage, and healthcare). My specialty lies in driving Customer Experience strategies, which have been a core focus in all my roles, including Managing Director as well as Sales and Marketing Executive positions. I also have broad expertise in concept development, service design, branding, marketing, expansion and internationalization strategies, change management, and leadership.
