About Teri Benning

Along with being the Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Primex Plastics I also manage the front desk. My position affords me a very diverse workload and I have cultivated many skills along the way. I have also learned some very important life lessons. Being a good supervisor means many things to me. For example - there should be no task I would afford to someone else that I would not be capable of completing on my own. Also the importance of understanding that what my team delivers greatly reflects on me as a supervisor. How walking over someone to get to where you feel you want to be should never happen and not to micromanage - anyone - for any reason. I feel I have the superior leadership, interpersonal and communication skills necessary to successfully supervise individuals as needed. Have skills in interviewing and training the right individuals for each position - bringing out the best they have to offer. Eagerly adaptable to change. Continually strive for outstanding personal rapport with both internal and external customers. Well-organized and able to meet deadlines under pressure. I strive to put 100% into everything I do with the goal of building long-term, beneficial relationships with coworkers as well as outside vendors. I take great pride in every aspect of my life - both at work and outside of those doors as well. I am very involved in the community - organizing and helping with fundraising events. Not only working hard to organize benefits for those in need - but I also organize a large cancer fundraiser in our small community that has to date donated almost It's very rewarding being able to others - to make them smile - and make their day just a little bit better. If each of us does just a little - together we can do big things.
