About Teri Minelli

I work primarily in Hanover NH, but also have an office in Woodstock VT. I help homebuyers in all areas of the Upper Valley Region, but travel throughout New Hampshire and Vermont to help my customers with their financing needs. I began my banking career in 1976, and have loved every minute since. In 2001, I became a Mortgage Officer, which has been the most rewarding decision and experience of my life. I am passionate about providing exceptional, personal, and dedicated customer service. My greatest professional pleasure comes from the numerous referrals I receive from Realtors, former customers, and co-workers. To a one, these referred customers have always been told they “need to work with Teri.” I pride myself on the strong professional connections I have forged, and the customers whose lives I have impacted and aided. I always tell my customers that I never say ‘No,’ instead, that ‘When and if we work together, your dream can be achieved.’ My greatest priority for the customers, besides finding and purchasing a house, is to make sure they have found a home they can stay in, and be happy. As a result of my 40+ years in banking, I have the experience to help my customers with all type of transactions and needs, ones that are often complex. I am committed to improving and updating my own training and professional goals, which has led me to be involved in numerous programs around the Upper Valley. I am a resident of Hanover, NH with my husband and mother-in-law, and my daughter is in a doctoral program in Cleveland, OH. As a resident of the Upper Valley for the past 30 years, I am an active member of the Hanover Rotary, and volunteer with many organizations to give back to the communities that provide me with such a rewarding career. I am also a 2015 alumna of the Leadership Upper Valley Program, and stay involved in that organization to help foster a new generation of leaders and community members in the area.
