About Teri Shea

On paper, I am a technical product manager. But when you get down to it, what I really am is a problem solver, a connector, and one who excels in helping non-technical people and eclectic stakeholders understand detailed technical requirements and in keeping complex initiatives moving forward. Having worked as a software engineer earlier in my career, I understand how challenging it can be for business leaders to verbalize their wants and needs from a technical product. I know there are often missing puzzle pieces and one of my specialties is completing the picture by gently leading diverse stakeholders to a well-articulated and detailed set of requirements. I’m also fluent in “geek speak” and understand how to transform business and product requests and into concise technical specifications and ensure solutions are easy-to-use and strategically aligned across the organization.
