Me now.doing what I love and passionate about my work for She Believes in Me. As the Executive Director, I'm heavily involved in all aspects of this small (but mighty) non-profit in the local Herndon community, where we have a huge impact in supporting families who are struggling with basic needs and providing emotional support. Our 'co-workers' are a force of volunteers who are just as committed to making a difference in the lives of the less fortunate in our community. Previous work adventures- Copy editing services for defense contractors, company websites, blog posts, internal publications, college essays - Administrative support for defense and IT companies - Friendly Visitor/Companion to the Elderly Specialties: Copy editing, contract management, purchasing, finance, proposal support, logistics, customer support, administrative support, and caring and compassionate elderly companion/friend. Teri has over 20 years experience in the defense contracting arena. As a consultant she offers copy editing services to Washington DC area companies that require a copy editor to review research reports and government report deliverables. She also has copy editing experience with review of Web-sites, blog postings, college essays, business documents, publications, and brochures. Teri also has experience with proposal support where her attention to detail is utilized for editing, review, and compliance checks.
