About Teri Wilgor

Working with the West Patient Operations Support Team (POST) with the Cleveland Clinic, I am in a unique position to assist our patients with anything they may need from their health care providers, from medication refills and medication prior authorizations, communications with their doctors, scheduling primary to specialist to testing appointments, billing questions, provider messages to patients, to insurance registration and questions. If a patient is in need of a nurse to assist, I'll make sure they are connected and cared for. This position allows me to continue to use and expand upon my knowledge as a Certified Medical Assistant, while implementing newly acquired medical coding skills and calling upon my strong background of customer service care. I feel honored and humbled to be able to help CCF's patients be able to work with us to meet their health care needs.
