In this role, she helps transform complex public health jargon into press-worthy human language (and sometimes back again), and maintains a professional smile while frantically putting out fires nobody else can see. A diplomatic ninja, she excels at "winging it" while promoting eye-twitching complex concepts, spinning unexpected social media blunders faster than a DJ spins tracks, and having perfected the art of sending emails that say absolutely nothing in the most fanciful way possible. Her superpower? Making the company look good while running on unhealthy amounts of caffeine, optimism, and the constant fear that today might be the day someone posts something unforgiveable on social media.
